  “We hired John to build our shop, and unfortunately, we were really disappointed with the quality of the work. We paid a significant amount for what turned out to be very poor workmanship. To make matters worse, he didn’t finish the job at all. The back door, for example, was so badly out of square that we couldn’t even put a simple doorknob on it.” report abuse

  “I had a very concerning experience working with John, Johnny, and Cody Drummond. I found their claims regarding their licensing and insurance to be completely false. They misrepresented themselves as qualified and insured, and attempted to deflect responsibility by asking me to obtain my own permits. Frankly, I found their behavior to be dishonest and unprofessional.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this. Honestly, I’d give it a negative rating if I could. The quality is shockingly bad – that cheap metal is completely unsuitable for anything worthwhile. I wouldn't have commissioned John Drummond to build me a dog house if my life depended on it, and I truly wish I could write a book about the whole experience.” report abuse
