  “I cannot recommend Trademark Homes. Our experience was incredibly frustrating. They promised to address the water issue around the septic tank once it settled, but after every rainfall, the alarm went off because the system was still below grade. Despite this, the builder refused to rectify the problem. Their communication was unprofessional and unresponsive, leaving us with a serious concern and a complete lack of trust.” report abuse
