  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Trademark Homes did. They promised to address the flooding issue caused by the septic system being below grade, but once the tank settled, they refused to fix it. Every rainstorm triggers the alarm, and frankly, they’ve been completely unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the process. I wouldn't recommend them – their lack of follow-through makes them untrustworthy.” report abuse

  These homes are priced quite high, but unfortunately, the quality doesn’t quite match the cost. It feels like they’re prioritizing building a lot of houses over ensuring the quality of their construction and maintaining a strong sense of integrity. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this house. The longer I’ve lived here, the more issues I’ve found – it’s clear some things were just not done properly, like the complete lack of a sewer clean-out and the fact they couldn’t even locate where it should be. And to make matters worse, the people I’ve dealt with haven’t been helpful at all, just passing the responsibility onto someone else.
