  I’m absolutely thrilled with the work this team did! They really came through for me after the pipe burst during the 2021 freeze, installing beautiful vinyl plank flooring throughout my downstairs. And just recently, they finished the upstairs, continuing the vinyl plank up the stairs and into the hallway, and even added carpet to three bedrooms. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, and I also want to give a huge shout-out to Bill Garrett, who they recommended, for his fantastic painting job – everything looks completely new!   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the installation Texas Design Flooring provided for our home. Despite our builder’s involvement in mediation, they’ve refused to honor their warranty. We’re dealing with over 60 tiles that are clearly defective – more than half of them are hollow when tapped. Furthermore, they didn't utilize a leveling system for the plank flooring and attempted to blame the issue on curing. I personally ensured a leveling system was used, and I strongly believe this was a significant oversight. Finally, the initial installation of the wall tiles was done without spacers, requiring two complete re-dos. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend using Texas Design Flooring.” report abuse
