  I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with this company. I needed a quote for engineering wood planks and reached out through their website. Andrea was amazing – so responsive and clearly knew her stuff. She quickly gave me a price, and the whole ordering and payment process was incredibly smooth. What really stood out was Andrea’s communication. Since I was driving from Austin to Fort Worth to pick up the planks, she arranged for them to be delivered directly to me in Austin with no shipping fees! She kept me updated every step of the way, and the planks arrived within a few days – they were gorgeous. Even though the company isn’t based in Austin, I felt completely comfortable dealing with Andrea remotely. She provided truly exceptional customer service, and she was able to source some really high-quality wood selections from different manufacturers at prices that were far better than anything I could find at the local box stores.
