I’m completely disappointed with this company. I’ve given them three separate opportunities to deliver a simple craftsman-style door with a side light, and it’s taken a staggering five months to get the third and final attempt. Even then, the door is riddled with problems – the wood surface is full of splinters and deep scrapes, there are huge nail holes all over the exterior, and the edges aren't properly aligned. Honestly, it’s shockingly poor quality. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and investigating their licensing and certifications. I wanted to share my experience to warn other potential customers.”
