  I was really disappointed with the service I received. The materials were delivered to my front yard instead of the roof as originally agreed, and I was told a truck would arrive to complete the delivery later. However, when I tried to get in touch through the number listed online, I couldn’t reach anyone. I eventually had to go to the yard myself and speak with the dispatcher, who confirmed there was no other truck available and seemed confused as to where I’d gotten the information about another delivery. Crucially, I wasn't offered any refund for the missed roof delivery. Now I’m worried my materials will be stolen while the roofing work continues, and I’m frankly very unhappy with the lack of communication and support. report abuse

  I was incredibly frustrated with my recent pickup experience. I waited over an hour and a half outside the store for an order that had already been paid for. I called three times, and each time I was told they were just finishing up and would bring my order in shortly. It was really disheartening, especially since I was the only customer waiting there most of the time. Honestly, it was a huge drop in service quality compared to how things used to be before the pandemic, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about the inconvenience. report abuse

The staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole delivery process a really pleasant experience.
