From the very first appointment, they were professional – they arrived on time, worked really efficiently, and, importantly, they left the area spotless after each task. Josh and Doug were fantastic; they did such a great job the first time that I actually had them back a few weeks later for some additional electrical work. They handled everything from installing new light fixtures and dimmers in the pool room, bedroom, and living room, to replacing our outdoor landscape lights, and even installing surge protectors.   Lumen Brothers did a fantastic job completely rewiring our 1900s row house. From the start, they were incredibly thorough, accurately assessing the amount of old knob and tube wiring and providing a clear, detailed estimate. It was really reassuring to realize how much was there beforehand. They were also so considerate of our space, only drilling where absolutely necessary, making patching the walls super easy. Plus, they were really accommodating with our schedule, which was a huge plus since we were working from home.   “We were so impressed with Lumen Brothers! We hired them to install wall ports and cat6 cabling throughout our house, and Doug was fantastic. He responded to our initial inquiry quickly and provided a really fair quote. He was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions thoroughly and honestly about the work involved – he explained that some drywall cutting would be necessary, which we appreciated. The team arrived on time, and what really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t just rush through the job; they took the time to find the most efficient way to run the cables, avoiding any unnecessary drywall cutting. They were also incredibly professional, wearing masks and keeping us constantly updated on their progress. To top it all off, we discovered our existing cable was the limiting factor in our internet speeds, and Doug went the extra mile to provide us with a new cat6 cable to ensure everything worked perfectly.   “Doug from Lumen Brothers did an amazing job completely transforming our home theater room. He took what was essentially just a fan with a light and turned it into a really professionally designed space. The recessed lighting, especially with the zone control and dimming options, is fantastic – it’s perfect for creating that ideal movie atmosphere.   I was so pleased with the work Lumen Brothers did installing the power for my hot tub. Because of the pandemic, we started with emails, and Doug was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with – he clearly explained exactly what he needed. He scheduled the job and handled everything, even coordinating the county inspection. Doug was fantastic; he arrived on time, got right to work, and despite checking in with him a couple of times, he didn’t need any assistance. When he finished, it was like he hadn't been there at all – everything was spotless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
