  Riley was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly detail-oriented and just a really pleasant person to have around. He thoroughly checked everything and took the time to listen to and answer all of our questions. He was also very respectful and did an amazing job – we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We feel so much safer and happier now that everything is taken care of, and we’re so grateful we can finally relax.   I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Ryan Electric – they truly went above and beyond for my family. We recently bought a home and were having issues with a constantly tripping breaker for our air conditioning. They were able to get someone out to us the same day, and I want to especially thank JT, the electrician who worked on the problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and he didn’t just fix the immediate issue; he took the time to explain potential upgrades and even provided me with some estimates.   I absolutely had a fantastic experience with Ryan Electric. They really went above and beyond when we had an issue after hours – Ryan called us back at 9 PM and spent a full 20 minutes troubleshooting our concerns. The next morning, they even managed to get us scheduled right away, and JT was incredibly professional and helpful explaining everything.   “We were really pleased with the electrician’s work. He quickly identified the problem – the fuse boxes were incredibly outdated and obsolete, which we honestly expected given their age. He did a fantastic job working in our two-story condo, especially considering some of the switches controlled lights on different floors. He even had to squeeze one of the new boxes into a tight space, and went to the trouble of checking several different options to ensure he got the right one. The whole job took just two days, as promised, and the price was spot on. He was a really pleasant and helpful guy, and took the time to chat with our clients about internet access. We’d definitely use them again if we ever needed electrical work, and I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone I know.” report abuse
