“I was really pleased with the service – they were right on time, and the two-hour arrival window was a huge relief compared to what I’ve experienced with other local companies. They took the time to explain everything clearly, even going into detail about the different manufacturers and warranties. I especially appreciated that they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary extras like the UV light filters; I’d been offered those twice before and was very happy they didn't push it.”
