  “We recently had Frederick Air Service replace our old heat pump and it was a really smooth experience. As existing customers, we knew we could trust them. They did a thorough energy audit and suggested a larger 2-stage system along with some ductwork improvements – we’re so glad they recommended those! This past week, with that record-breaking heat, the new system has been fantastic, keeping our house perfectly comfortable.   Frederick Air did an outstanding job installing our new Rheem heat pump and air handler. From the initial proposal all the way through to the final installation, the whole experience was fantastic. We got quotes from several local companies, and Frederick Air really stood out – their team was incredibly efficient, professional, and clearly knowledgeable.   “I’ve been a loyal Frederick Air customer for over 25 years now – my house was built back in 1885, and they’ve been keeping us warm with our gas boiler since 1999. They even installed an air conditioning system about 20 years ago, and it’s still running strong, though we finally needed to replace it recently with the first really hot weather. Dan really helped my husband and me through the whole process, and we ended up with a fantastic new Rheem heat pump system with some great rebates and financing. It was a tricky installation with our old house and those steep stairs to the attic, but Jason, Tyler, and Avery did an absolutely incredible job – they were in and out in less than five hours on a Saturday! Jason was especially helpful explaining the new thermostat, and the whole crew was just fantastic – professional, courteous, and they were even dog-friendly, which is hugely appreciated in our home.   Frederick Air did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new AC unit. From the very beginning, the whole team was incredible – really responsive and helpful. They came out to assess our needs within days of our initial call, and the installation itself happened within a week, even with the extreme heat.   Overall, we’ve been really pleased with this company. They were incredibly reliable and knowledgeable when they installed our new system when we first moved in, although we later discovered a significant repair issue with the main air conditioner – thankfully, our maintenance contract has been a worthwhile investment. The technicians we’ve had out, including Desmond on a recent visit, have all been fantastic – really helpful and willing to explain things clearly, even discussing the eventual replacement of our second unit in a way that made sense, even without needing a technical background.   I’ve been using Frederick Air for ten years now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They did a fantastic job installing my heat pump, and today’s service with Desmond was just as excellent.
