  Honestly, we were really disappointed with Tristate Home Services. We’d been subscribed to their maintenance plan for a while and had a good impression of them until recently. When our HVAC system suddenly stopped working, we called, expecting the kind of reliable service we’d come to rely on. Instead, the technician just took a quick look and told us it needed to be replaced, charging us a shocking $673.91 for that brief visit – and, worse, without warning us about any fees. There was no explanation, no breakdown of the costs, and no actual effort to fix the problem or even troubleshoot it properly. It felt completely dishonest and like they were just trying to upsell us a new system. It’s clear something has changed with Tristate, and based on our experience, I’d strongly recommend you look for another company. We’ve definitely lost our business, and I hope others can avoid a similar situation. report abuse

  “Vadel was fantastic – so patient and really took the time to explain everything he was doing while he checked out my unit. He was also very thorough and made sure to put on shoe covers. He was really professional and friendly, and he even helped me figure out the settings on my thermostat and humidifier.   Mr. Davis did a fantastic job getting my AC repaired and he was really helpful, offering some great advice on preventative maintenance and what kind of system replacement might be a good option for me down the road.
