Steve did a good initial job presenting his pool options and designs, and I was hopeful after hearing the referral from a former employee’s daughter. However, the entire experience quickly fell apart. After the initial consultation, I waited weeks for a follow-up, receiving no phone calls, emails, or texts. It became clear Steve was overloaded with other projects and struggling with permitting issues, but the lack of communication was completely unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment – $70k to $100k. Frankly, it felt incredibly unprofessional to be ignored for so long, and the excuse about Steve’s poor email habits didn't make things better. I’m incredibly disappointed, especially given the referral. I’ve since moved on with another company who was responsive and proactive. I strongly advise looking at other reviews – it seems many others have had similar frustrating experiences with this company.

They were so communicative and helpful, especially since we were new to pool ownership – they really took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood. The work itself – the new liner, pipe repairs, extra lines, electrical replacement, and pool light – was all top-notch. We’d definitely recommend them!”
