“I was so impressed with CoverSafe out of Frederick, MD. They really turned a potentially frustrating situation into a fantastic experience. From the start, Trevor handled the pool cover replacement smoothly, though we did have a small hiccup with the wheels being missing. But they quickly arranged to get new ones. Then, the key switch broke, and it felt like a lot of back-and-forth, but Nancy, the coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She just calmly listened to my concerns and reassured me they’d take care of it. Kevin, the technician, was incredible too – he kept coming back, even after the first solution didn't work, and he didn't give up until the problem was completely resolved. Honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond, and I highly recommend CoverSafe.”

I was really impressed with the service I received from Coversafe, especially from Adam. I woke up Saturday morning to find my pool cover had completely come off, and thankfully Adam answered the phone right away – I wasn’t holding out much hope on a weekend. He spent a good 30 to 45 minutes with me over FaceTime, patiently guiding me through getting the cover retracted so we could still enjoy the pool before a guest arrived. He was so friendly and clear, and he even refused to let me pay him for his time. It was such a huge help and really saved the day! We were able to have a great time with our guest and now I’m planning to schedule a technician’s visit with Adam to get the cover properly fixed. I’m definitely a loyal Coversafe customer now – this level of service is fantastic!

I’m really frustrated with Coverstar’s service. I had a problem with my pool cover – the cord broke – and requested a replacement. They’ve sent out technicians twice now, both times giving me an estimate to replace the entire unit, even though the rest of the cover was working fine. It’s a ten-year-old cover, so it likely needs replacing eventually, but this situation has left me completely stranded. I just wanted a new cord, and it’s incredibly inconvenient that they couldn't simply fulfill my request. It feels like really poor customer service, and the 6,000 dollar quote just felt completely unreasonable given the issue.

I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my pool cover. It’s been frustrating because the cover hasn’t worked properly since I opened my pool in early May, and now it’s stuck closed after I received a replacement part last Friday. The worst part is, they haven’t returned my calls despite promising to provide an estimated delivery date and a fix.

“Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The delay with our cover has been a huge inconvenience and added unexpected costs. To make matters worse, a significant error in the original contract wasn’t communicated to us, leading them to retain our payment information and simply abandon the order. We repeatedly contacted them for updates on the cover, only to be passed around and given false promises of a callback – none ever materialized. Now we’re being told we have to start the entire process over with a new contract, and we’ve had to completely rearrange our summer plans to be available for the installation.”
