I’m incredibly disappointed with the way this parking lot is run. It seems incredibly unfair to tow people simply for minor parking errors, and frankly, it feels incredibly greedy. Because of this, I won’t be returning to your business. I also have serious concerns about a potential partnership with the towing company – the prominent sign with their number feels very suspicious. Honestly, I find it hard to understand how you all operate.

“I really wish I’d had the chance to work directly with Wack GC – they seem like an absolutely fantastic team! I was facing a serious deadline on a project and was getting nowhere with other contractors, who were either too busy or charging exorbitant rates. Thankfully, Wack GC stepped in. They connected me with a great partner through their network, and that’s what allowed us to get the job back on track. Seriously, Wack GC and their connections made all the difference. Thank you so much!”

I had a really frightening and frustrating experience at the Fredericksburg train station. I mistakenly thought I was parking in a VRE lot, based on the sign, and it was my first time using the station. Unfortunately, I was towed for parking in a spot reserved only for VRE customers, and I felt completely taken advantage of. As a small woman, I was incredibly worried and disoriented when I realized my car was gone, especially with the dark and unsettling location – it took me over an hour to find the towing company, and they were completely unhelpful. Adding insult to injury, I ended up paying $160 to retrieve my car. It felt like a simple misunderstanding was exploited, and I genuinely believe they intentionally created confusing parking rules. Honestly, it was a deeply unpleasant experience, and I felt like they didn’t treat me with any respect at all. A simple warning would have been far more appropriate.”
