  Rene from Cool Breeze Plumbing, Heating & A/C did a fantastic job with the maintenance on my HVAC systems. He was so thorough and really took the time to explain the older systems I have – they’re about 20 years old – which was incredibly helpful. I’ve used other companies before, and Cool Breeze has definitely been the best experience I’ve had so far.   “We’ve been really happy with Cool Breeze over the years – they’ve always been quick to respond and do a fantastic job with our heating and cooling. They’ve even come up with smart, lasting solutions for our issues, and Walter was particularly great when he recently fixed our heat.   “I’m writing this review to warn others – frankly, I’ve had a really negative experience with this company. They consistently overcharge, and the quality of their work is just unacceptable – sloppy, unreliable, and ultimately, it ended up costing me significantly more than if I’d gone elsewhere. To add to that, they’re incredibly slow to respond and their communication about the service was consistently poor. I really wish I’d known about these issues beforehand and hope my feedback helps others avoid the same frustrating and costly situation.” report abuse
