  “Brandon’s quotes for both the water heater and the plumbing inspection were significantly higher than I expected. The water heater quote came in at $6500, while the standard price for that job is closer to $2000. Similarly, his inspection quote of $259 felt very inflated compared to the usual $69. It seemed like he was adding on costs without a clear explanation, and frankly, the prices felt completely out of line with what I’ve seen elsewhere.” report abuse

  “I was really worried when my heat pump just stopped cooling during that crazy heat wave! Thankfully, a technician was able to get out to me within two days and quickly diagnosed the problem – a blown fuse. It took a couple of hours for it to start working properly, but they called me back to confirm everything was fixed, and thankfully it’s now cooling perfectly. We chose Michael Bonsby based on their excellent reputation, and we were really impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. Zeke was fantastic – he thoroughly assessed our system, explained all our options clearly, and we appreciated his attention to detail. The whole process, from scheduling to the installation, was incredibly smooth and only took a couple of days. James and his apprentice did an amazing job with the installation, working diligently from 9 to 5. It was clear they were putting in a lot of effort, and we truly appreciated their hard work!   “Michael Bonsby did a really good job – Kevin was fantastic the first time he came out and quickly replaced our attic ceiling fan. It was timely and excellent work.   De’Andrew did an absolutely fantastic job today servicing our AC units. He was so professional and honest, really taking the time to explain everything he found and showed us the evidence of the issues. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was incredibly considerate of our home – both inside and out.
