  Overall, this door company delivers a solid product – the doors themselves are really well-made and the turnaround time is impressively quick if they have it in stock. Their sales team is also very responsive and helpful. However, their customer service is a little functional rather than friendly; you’ll get straight answers and quick communication, but don’t anticipate a particularly warm experience. Just one note: the pickup team needs some improvement – specifically, a bit more knowledge on the products. report abuse

  “We had a really frustrating experience ordering custom doors from this company. We received 13 doors, and shockingly, every single one was a different size than what we’d ordered. Since each door cost around $1,000, we ended up having to pay our installer extra to adjust them to fit our frames – essentially salvaging the doors ourselves. We only asked for a small refund to compensate for the mistake and the added expense. It took us two months of constant follow-up just to get a simple check! Honestly, their customer service was incredibly poor and reactive rather than proactive. I’d strongly advise anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere – it’s just not worth the hassle.” report abuse
