I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing a door from Main Door and the subsequent service I received. I contacted the store to request a touch-up stain in the original cherry color, and the customer representative, Alba, was shockingly unhelpful. Despite explaining my need and providing my order number, she flatly refused to send me a small 4oz bottle of the stain, even as a courtesy. Her rudeness escalated when she dismissed my concerns about maintaining a customer relationship and made a frankly offensive remark about me speaking English. She also seemed unwilling to acknowledge any issues with the staining process itself, as the stain was uneven and had clearly gotten on the glass. Overall, Alba’s poor customer service skills and dismissive attitude led me to conclude that I would never buy from Main Door again.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered six panel entry doors and received two doors that were completely unfinished – stained only around the edges, with the interior panels raw. The company insisted this was “normal” and refused to address the obvious defect, telling me to stain the panels myself. The result is a truly awful and embarrassing product, and essentially $4,000 wasted. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company.
