  “I absolutely want to share my fantastic experience with American Cooling and Heating. We had a really frustrating situation when another company installed a new unit that just didn’t work – it ended up being removed! We called a couple of companies, and thankfully, we connected with Scott at American. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and promised us cold air, which was incredibly reassuring, especially with the 109-degree heat we were dealing with. I was amazed at how diligently they worked in our attic, replacing damaged ductwork from the previous installation. Once they were finished, they took the time to make sure every room was perfectly temperature-controlled – no more hot or cold spots! Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service, the new unit, and the fact that they delivered on their promise of cold air before they left. After our call, he even sent me the details we discussed. Obed was out the next day to assess the situation, and he did a fantastic job with the installation the following week – it was incredibly efficient and he clearly worked hard.   Scott and his team were absolutely fantastic with my mom’s new Goodman air conditioner. She’s 93 and can be quite particular about things, and they really went above and beyond to make sure she was completely satisfied. They even responded on a Saturday evening to rush in and replace a motor for her old unit so she’d have cool air while she waited for the new one to arrive – and they did it at no charge! George Brazil initially tried to charge her $1000 for that motor, which, of course, couldn’t be done until Monday. Ultimately, we chose American Cooling and Heating, and we saved about $2,800 on the whole unit, plus the warranty. I’ll definitely be using Scott again for my air conditioning needs. report abuse

  Overall, my experience with American Cooling and Heating was fantastic. I was dealing with a really hot summer and my air conditioning unit finally gave out while I was working from home. When the service company I initially called diagnosed a problem with the variable speed blower motor and quoted $1800 – with a 5-7 day wait for parts – I was understandably frustrated. I got quotes from a few other companies in the area, but most of them insisted on sending a salesperson to my house before giving me a price. The ones that would provide a quote over the phone were similarly expensive. Then I spoke with Scot at American Cooling and Heating, and he offered a significantly lower price – a price that was actually in stock and could be installed the same day! What really impressed me was that he was completely transparent, stating that the quoted price was the final price with no hidden fees. Scot and the installation team were also incredibly professional, friendly, and got cold air blowing through my house immediately.   “I was really struggling with my A/C unit going out, so I got a few estimates and unfortunately, they were all pretty pricey. Then I found American Cooling and Heating online and spoke with Scott Morgan. He was fantastic – he gave me a really honest assessment and some great prices.
