  Charles did a fantastic job. He was right on time and really meticulous with his inspection of the HVAC units. He was also incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, which was really helpful. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend him. report abuse

  Chance was fantastic – really going above and beyond by offering to check my valves and do a free water heater flush. He kept me updated on his schedule and was just incredibly polite and helpful. Thankfully, he spotted a leak in the water heater before it became a bigger problem – it could have been a real disaster! I’d absolutely call on him again without hesitation. report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Rite Way – they sent Miguel out the same day to fix my clogged shower drain, which was fantastic!   Todd did a fantastic job with our plumbing inspection today. He was really professional and friendly, and he took the time to explain all the possible improvements and fixes, providing us with detailed, written estimates – thankfully without any pressure to just agree to everything. We really appreciated his expertise, his honest advice, and the recommendations he made.   Justin was a really impressive guy – he was incredibly confident and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He got the job done and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which was really helpful to watch.
