  Honestly, we’ve been really disappointed with the flooring installation from Arizona Hardwood Supply. Shortly after they finished, the employee who came to check it out said it looked “awful,” and that’s been the consistent feedback from everyone who’s seen it in the last four months. While the project manager seemed pleased with the work and assures us the wood will eventually settle in, the flooring simply doesn’t match our existing concrete floors, and the transitions are noticeably uneven and poorly done. I’ve included some photos to illustrate the issue. Because of this experience, I’d strongly recommend carefully researching and vetting any retail company and, importantly, checking the quality of their subcontractors' work before committing to a project. report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with Jason. My husband and I were just looking for some answers after getting a quote from another company, and we’d been communicating with Jason via email. We called ahead to see if we could quickly drop by and discuss our quote, and he’d agreed. When we arrived, it was clear he was defensive and immediately cut us off, dismissing our questions about bidding. It was bizarre because he’d actually encouraged us to get other quotes – he’d told us to do that so he could potentially offer us a better price. He just wouldn't let us explain our situation, constantly talking over us. Honestly, it felt like he was reacting to something and taking it out on us. I left feeling completely unheard and with a very negative impression of the company. We ended up going with a different flooring company who were fantastic – it was a huge difference!” report abuse
