We’d previously hired them for a fantastic floor remodel at our main home, and they didn’t disappoint when we needed a refresh of our guest rooms and bathrooms. From the initial design discussions to the final build, we were consistently impressed with their professionalism and communication. Being away at our second home condo, we really appreciated how proactively they kept us updated on the progress and didn’t require us to constantly monitor their work. They were even able to squeeze us in sooner than other companies we’d gotten quotes from, which was a huge bonus. And the after-installation care has been excellent; Brooke quickly took care of a couple of minor issues we had. They were incredibly quick and efficient, and they had a great selection of carpets to choose from. The installation was so much faster than I expected; they had my carpets ready in just three days, which was a huge difference compared to the weeks I was quoted by Home Depot. They did a fantastic job installing new flooring in our home, and everything was perfect until a leak developed in the bathroom just over a year later. We were worried, but Debra, the owner, went above and beyond to help us out. She immediately took charge, really understanding how urgent the situation was, and quickly arranged for the necessary repairs. She connected us with some truly skilled professionals who did an outstanding job. Debra was just so responsive and helpful – always available to answer our questions and solve problems. Honestly, her dedication was incredible, and she really showed that Floor coverings International genuinely cares about its customers, even long after the initial installation.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International. From the very beginning, the representative who visited our home was incredibly friendly and professional. He brought a great selection of samples and patiently explained the different options to us. I really appreciated his help as I went back and forth trying to decide on the perfect color – he was so supportive and helpful. And the installation team they use – they’re reliable and their work is guaranteed, which is a huge relief. They got the job done in just a week, which was unbelievably fast; most companies we looked at were quoting 4-6 weeks! I absolutely love how the new floors look in our home. report abuse
