  I’m incredibly frustrated. Despite repeatedly asking them to stop contacting me – both by phone and in person – they continue to persistently reach out. It’s really unsettling and feels intrusive. I’ve made it very clear that my family and I are not interested in solar, and I’m requesting that they respect our wishes and cease all contact.   “We’ve been really pleased with our solar panel system from SENERGY. After about nine months, our TEP bills have steadily gone down – our most recent one was just $19.91! Joseph was fantastic throughout the whole process, he was very professional and was actually here on the day of the installation. The team were also really efficient; they got the job done in about six hours, and everything was handled quickly with the inspections.   I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. Despite a clear “No Soliciting” sign on our door, a sales representative still rang the doorbell, disturbing our newborn baby. He insisted he wasn’t trying to sell anything and aggressively pushed a 0% down deal while we were preparing to close the door. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Frankly, it felt like a blatant disregard for our property and privacy. Considering it’s a class 1 misdemeanor in Phoenix to ignore such a sign, I have serious concerns about this company’s ethics. I believe a willingness to break the law would likely extend to dishonest practices, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere. report abuse

  “We absolutely love Senergy, and Joe Lohr deserves a huge thank you. Honestly, we were really hesitant to go solar after looking at some of the companies online – we had a lot of questions and concerns. Joe was fantastic; he took the time to really listen to us, even when we first met in a grocery store parking lot. He’s been incredibly responsive and patient throughout the whole process.
