“I can’t recommend Caroline and her team highly enough. They’re genuinely a fantastic group to work with – it feels like a really supportive and attentive family business. They were incredibly responsive and always went above and beyond.”
-
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience using Ace Aquatics for pool services. My family was subjected to blatant racism by one of their employees, and shockingly, the company has offered no support or apology. It’s unacceptable that this kind of behavior is still occurring in 2022, and I’m deeply concerned about the lack of action taken to address this serious issue.
-
“Overall, we’re really pleased with how things are running here. The security guards are fantastic – they’re really attentive and do a great job of connecting with the community.”
-
It was really upsetting – they just seemed to pull me out when I was trying to enjoy a swim, and my daughter was absolutely heartbroken hearing them shout at me.
-
I wholeheartedly recommend this – the staff were really attentive and professional.
-
“This was a really insightful and unfortunately, painfully accurate observation from two years ago. The sentiment expressed – highlighting a clear instance of racism – remains completely valid.”
-
Ace Aquatics clearly does a great job – they have a professional operation and consistently provide reliable, dedicated lifeguards and pool service to a wide range of locations.
