  “I was really frustrated with this experience. I was given a fake reservation number, and nobody bothered to let me know upfront that the equipment wasn’t actually available. It would have been much better if they had simply informed me of the issue before I traveled to the job – that way, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and been left without equipment.” report abuse

  “The delivery was really disorganized. The concrete arrived on Wednesday at 8:01 AM, but it was noticeably buggy. To make matters worse, the associate was constantly on the phone with the customer, completely unresponsive to me. They finally looked up just as I was arriving to collect the buggy on Thursday at 7 AM.” report abuse
