“Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I’d booked a skid steer a week prior, and then got a message yesterday to call back. When I did, I ended up talking to a call center person who just said they’d pass it on – it felt completely unhelpful and like a huge waste of my time.”

Tristan was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to help me out. He found me the best price on a dump trailer in the area, and he was incredibly accommodating to my specific needs. He even hooked up the hitch quickly and gave me a little extra time to complete my work. I’ll definitely be renting from him again in the future.

There was constant phone calls with the customer, and it seemed like a lot of time was spent just talking. The associate seemed flustered and didn’t immediately address the pickup, needing prompting to actually take action.”
