Overall, I had a really positive experience renting a 75’ electric snake from this company. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain how the equipment works – it was really appreciated. I especially want to thank the gentleman who helped me; he was a Veteran and I was happy to express my gratitude for his service. It was a nice, brief conversation about trucks too. The store itself was spotless and well-kept, with everything clearly labeled and stocked.

“I had a really frustrating experience with this rental. The truck had significant issues right from the start – problems with the brakes, a cracked windshield, and no wiper fluid. I was charged the same rate as a two-day rental for just four hours of use, and the staff didn't offer any explanation or apology for the lack of maintenance. Worse, they seemed to accuse me of lying about the brake problems. To top it off, the manager walked away from discussing the issues as soon as I arrived. My rental fee was unexpectedly doubled. It was a very disappointing and costly mistake.”
