  “I recently rented a 75’ electric snake from this company for some sewer work at my house, and I was really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything about the unit – a huge help! I particularly wanted to thank one of the gentlemen who assisted me; he was a Veteran, and I expressed my gratitude for his service. It was a really pleasant experience overall, and the store itself was clean and well-organized with clear signage.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my recent rental experience. The truck had significant issues from the start – problems with the brakes, a cracked windshield, and no wiper fluid. To add to the frustration, I was charged the same rate as a two-day rental for just four hours, and there was no acknowledgement or apology for the lack of maintenance. What was even worse, the desk manager seemed to dismiss my concerns about the brakes and walked away to avoid discussing them. Ultimately, my rental fee doubled, and it was clear they weren't prioritizing customer satisfaction.” report abuse

  “My recent experience at Home Depot was really disappointing. The customer service was shockingly poor – the rental staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. One employee, in particular, was difficult to deal with. Additionally, I observed several employees simply sitting and talking, completely ignoring customers needing assistance. It took a long time to get even basic direction, and it felt like no one was prioritizing customer service. Honestly, it was a frustrating experience. In comparison, Lowe’s provides much better service, although they don’t offer tool rentals.” report abuse
