“I was really disappointed with my recent rental. The cement mixer was incredibly dirty inside when I picked it up – there was a lot of dried concrete caked on, and I ended up having to spend time and effort cleaning it before I could even use it for my project. It’s clear they don’t prioritize cleaning their equipment, and honestly, I won’t be renting from here again. I definitely should have checked the mixer more thoroughly beforehand, but I’ll be looking for a rental company that takes better care of their tools.”

I’m really disappointed with the tool rental department at this Home Depot. I’ve been a customer there for over 17 years, and it’s sadly declined. Recently, I had a frustrating experience with the staff – it seemed like a lot of the new hires weren't properly trained and didn’t have a good understanding of the tools, repairs, or how to operate the equipment. It’s a shame to see things change so much, as the older employees used to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall, renting the van was pretty straightforward, but there were a couple of issues. We arrived to find it wasn’t quite full of gas, which meant a quick return trip to get it topped off. More concerningly, the interior was quite dirty – there was something splattered on the dashboard, the cupholders, and even the middle of the windshield. Given the condition, we decided not to use it extensively and just informed the rental company about the problem.
