  “I was really disappointed with my recent rental. The cement mixer I received was incredibly dirty on the inside, and I ended up having to spend a lot of time and effort cleaning it out – even using a hammer to remove dried concrete. It was a huge hassle to get it ready for my project. Honestly, it seemed like they didn’t prioritize keeping their equipment clean, and I definitely won’t be renting from them again. I’ll be sure to check the mixer thoroughly next time, but I’ll be going elsewhere for my future rentals.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with the Home Depot tool rental department – I’ve been a customer there for over 17 years and it’s noticeably declined. I recently had a frustrating experience with some of the new staff; it seemed like they lacked the knowledge and experience of the previous employees. Honestly, it’s a shame to see the quality of service decrease like this. The older team members were always so helpful and knowledgeable about the tools and equipment. It’s clear there’s a significant difference in experience levels now, and it’s impacting the service provided. report abuse

  “The rental process itself was really straightforward and easy. However, we were a little disappointed to find the van wasn’t filled with gas when we picked it up, and we had to return to the office to have that corrected. Unfortunately, the interior was also quite dirty – there was something splattered on the dashboard, cupholders, and even the middle of the windshield. Given how short our trip was, just 1.5 miles, we decided to leave it as is and inform the staff.” report abuse
