  I was really pleased with the initial responsiveness – they called within two days to schedule an inspection for my fence repair. I clearly explained what I needed, and they promised to send an estimate within a day or so. However, I’ve tried to get in touch since then via text, sending six messages over the last six days, and haven’t heard anything back at all. It seems like my project isn't a priority for them. report abuse

I followed up a few days later, hoping it hadn’t been missed, but Jen mentioned she’d just seen it, but I’m much closer to the Holland location.   “I was incredibly grateful for their help. They went above and beyond to protect my son from a really persistent and upsetting neighbor who was constantly harassing him.
