  Overall, Grand Rapids Fence was fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive and got the fence installed just in time for our move and our dog! What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond – they seamlessly handled the custom grading on our lawn and even added an extra post without changing the price.   “I recently got a quote from them for fencing in my backyard for my dogs, and I was really impressed. The guy who called me back was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful – he really took the time to answer all my questions. Based on that experience alone, I’d absolutely recommend them.   I was really disappointed with the service I received. I contacted them to get an estimate for a privacy fence and was told I’d be hearing back from someone to schedule a visit. However, I didn’t hear from anyone for over a week, and it seemed like they weren’t prioritizing my request. In the meantime, I was contacted by three other companies who promptly scheduled a visit. It’s concerning when a company doesn’t follow up, and I’m left wondering how they ensure they’ll actually provide the service they promise. report abuse
