  Overall, we’re really happy with this product. It’s held up incredibly well for us – we live right next to a busy road and it’s still provided a secure and reassuring boundary for our dog after all these years. We especially appreciated how quickly the company responded when we had some issues with wires being disturbed while we were gardening nearby; they were really helpful and professional.   We’re so pleased with Hidden Boundaries – it’s our second time using the system and our second dog! Dianne and her son were fantastic, genuinely knowledgeable and really focused on getting the best results for our pet. They came out to our property and were brilliant at helping our dog adjust to the new fence. We’ve been really impressed with how easily he transitioned and how consistently he stays in the yard.   “I’ve had Hidden Boundaries’ work on my property for over eight years now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Initially, my Chocolate Lab kept trying to push through the fence, but they sent someone out who was really impressed with how resilient he was. They upgraded his collar at no extra cost and even helped with some training – it made all the difference! Once we got the new collar, he quickly understood the fence and hasn’t left the yard since. I also had underground sprinkler lines installed two years ago, and they had to cut them in several spots. Hidden Boundaries then completely replaced the entire line for just $300. Daniel, the installer, is incredibly professional and does a fantastic, high-quality job. Overall, I’m really impressed with the service and the quality of work from Hidden Boundaries!” report abuse

  Hidden Boundaries truly went above and beyond for us. They took the time to thoroughly explain all our hardware options and, brilliantly, were able to utilize the existing buried cable from the previous owner – a huge time and cost saver! Not only did they install the new system, they even helped me and my dog learn how to use it, and then quickly resolved a collar issue that popped up months later.
