  “I contacted this company to get a property survey and marking for a new outbuilding, but unfortunately, they weren’t available for several weeks, which didn’t fit our timeline. We ended up using a different surveying firm. A few months later, we received an invoice for staking the property corners – work we hadn’t actually requested. It turned out the invoice was sent to an old address we’d used previously, suggesting our information may have been taken from online. I contacted them multiple times – by email and phone – but received no response. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue of receiving incorrect invoices, I haven’t heard back.
