  “I contacted this company to have a property surveyed and an outbuilding marked, but unfortunately, their initial timeline of 4-6 weeks didn’t fit our needs. We ended up using a different surveying firm. Several months later, we received an invoice for staking the property corners – a service we hadn’t actually requested. It seemed like our billing information had been incorrectly used, as the invoice was sent to an old address. I contacted them multiple times – by email and phone – but received no response. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this billing issue, I’m still receiving invoices for services we didn’t hire. I’m happy to update my review if I hear back from them.” report abuse
