  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Veenkamp Roofing and Siding. They did a fantastic job renovating the siding on our 120-year-old home in Eastown. Wade, the owner, was a pleasure to work with – he was really knowledgeable and didn’t try to push us into anything. We received a few different bids, but Veenkamp’s was the best because they included everything we needed. The crew, especially Tommy and Andrew, were so polite and professional, and they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the finished product. It’s so reassuring when hiring a contractor, and Veenkamp was consistently honest and helpful throughout the entire process. We would absolutely hire them again. report abuse

  Kyle and Hannah were so impressed with Andy and his team – they’ve been fantastic at taking care of all those little roof repairs we’ve needed since we moved in.   “I was really disappointed with the customer service I received. I contacted them for help with a drainage issue and the sales representative suggested a kickout system, which ultimately didn’t solve the problem. When I followed up, he seemed to deflect responsibility, claiming he needed an expert’s opinion – despite being the one who made the initial recommendation. To top it off, he accused me of wanting a free solution when I simply expressed my preference for him to handle the work himself. Honestly, the whole experience was frustrating and I wouldn't recommend using this company.” report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Veenkamp Roofing and Siding. Jody Smith was fantastic – he kept us fully informed about the project and the estimate, and responded quickly to our questions. Joe, the foreman, was also outstanding; he was really communicative, took a proactive approach, and seemed to genuinely care about doing a great job. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, walked me through all the available solutions, and actually addressed the root cause by properly ventilating the roof for the first time in 40 years. Plus, they provided a fantastic warranty that gives me peace of mind. The workers were incredibly professional, hardworking, and paid attention to every single detail.
