  We absolutely loved working with Andy and Nicole at Alair Green Bay. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and engaged, truly taking the time to understand our vision and guide us through every stage of the project – from initial planning and design to the final build. Our project manager, Wendy, was fantastic, always keeping us informed and addressing our questions promptly.   Andy and his team at Alair were fantastic to work with – we absolutely loved building our modern lake house on Lake Michigan. As an architect and builder myself, I was a little apprehensive about how the design would translate to a more remote location, but from the very beginning, Andy and his team were incredibly enthusiastic and confident. They really listened to our vision and delivered the project perfectly, both on time and within budget. We had a complex build with lots of stone, timber, steel, and glass, and they handled everything flawlessly. The subcontractors were all incredibly skilled and genuinely friendly too. It was clear they truly live by a “Start with Yes” approach, and the support didn’t stop once we moved in – they've even helped us winterize the property since we're based in Minneapolis!   Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the remodel Alair did for our home. If we were to do it again, we’d absolutely choose them! From the very start, we felt completely comfortable with Nicole and Andy – they really listened to our vision for transforming our 75-year-old Cape Cod into our forever home. Jill, their designer, was fantastic too, bringing our ideas to life with stunning drawings. We’re still amazed months later at how perfectly everything turned out. But what really set Alair apart was their project management team – Wendy, Brock, and Kevin. They were incredibly responsive, always there to answer our questions and help us navigate changes. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. We loved seeing the crews appreciate working with Alair, and they treated everyone with respect. They really honored the original character of our house, and we absolutely love coming home to our relaxed and comfortable “new” old home.   We absolutely loved working with Alair Homes on our recent remodel – they tackled the project from late 2020 through early 2021 and it was truly a fantastic experience. They were incredibly reliable, starting the work on time even when other builders were struggling, and they consistently went above and beyond to stick to the schedule. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they really nailed the design, bringing our vision for our home to life. The whole team was wonderful to work with, and we’re so grateful to have found such a professional and skilled contractor.
