This experience was incredibly disappointing and frankly, alarming. I wouldn’t hesitate to advise anyone reading this to steer well clear of this place. I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone, which made it impossible to get any information or assistance. It’s clear this is a seriously unreliable and unprofessional operation.

“Overall, the house is lovely to look at, but unfortunately, the construction quality leaves something to be desired. We really regret not reading the reviews before making this purchase for our mom – the electrical issues are a major concern.”
-
“I completely agree with the concerns raised in the other reviews. It’s incredibly frustrating – I’ve experienced similar issues with the quality of work, the lack of communication, and repair people who don’t seem to understand how to properly address problems in new homes. To make matters worse, I’ve been waiting over ten months for a simple front door replacement.”
-
Honestly, I was really disappointed. When you buy a new home, you expect things to be in excellent condition, especially the A/C and appliances. The one I purchased was only three years old, which is far from brand new.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. We’ve been waiting six months for a new front door, and it’s still leaking, causing water damage in our brand new home. Frankly, it’s unacceptable, and they haven’t taken any responsibility for the issue.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I’ve had the Decker double wide for about 18 months now, and unfortunately, it’s been a bit of a struggle. I’ve had to replace three refrigerators and three kitchen islands, which was a significant hassle. We’ve also dealt with some personal issues during that time, adding to the stress. While I was aware the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were basic when I purchased the home, the frequency of repairs has been a real disappointment.”
-
“Honestly, we’re not considering buying another home if this builder was involved. We’ve already run into significant issues since the house was built, particularly with the backsplash – it was clearly not done properly by their contractors.”
-
“I spent some time at Buccaneer and Clayton Homes helping a sales representative load up a mobile home.”
-
“Honestly, my experience with this company was really disappointing. There seemed to be no quality control at all, and the subcontractors they sent out to do the work weren't properly qualified. Communication was poor, and the overall quality of the work was terrible. I’d strongly recommend exploring other options when looking for a new home.”
-
“My mom really liked the look of the Lulamae – the design and layout were lovely. The dealer reassured us that any fit and finish problems she might encounter, particularly those that could happen during transport, would be taken care of by the team setting it up.”
