“I couldn’t be happier with Regional Homes of Lumberton! They built a fantastic, affordable home for us, and we absolutely love it. They really stand behind their work and the service was incredible – the sales team was fantastic too! If you’re looking for a great builder, I highly recommend reaching out to them – your dream home could be waiting!”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience buying a Hamilton home. It was, without a doubt, the worst investment I’ve ever made. The quality was shockingly poor – the lighting was inadequate, the roof was supposed to have been repaired but still leaks, and the flooring is completely uneven throughout the entire house. Everything felt incredibly cheap and hastily done. I wouldn’t recommend a Hamilton home to anyone, and I certainly won’t be buying another one. Honestly, I wish I’d just built my own. I’ll never purchase a mobile home again.

“Having built mobile homes for over 20 years, I can honestly say Hamilton Homebuilders focuses on creating quality homes that are both beautiful and affordable – something a lot of builders miss. The owners really seem dedicated to ensuring every customer gets the home they’ve always dreamed of.”

This builder left us incredibly disappointed and frankly, with a severely substandard home. We invested $186,000 and the quality of the work is shockingly poor – it looks like it’s been lived in for a decade with numerous DIY repairs. We’ve been unable to get any necessary repairs addressed, and we’re now facing a serious issue with a load-bearing wall that’s significantly out of alignment, which poses a real risk to the stability of our home. We strongly advise against buying a property built by this company.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience buying a home from Hamilton Homes. I purchased an 85,000 dollar single wide, and frankly, the quality is shockingly poor. The entire house is falling apart – there’s not a single square inch that isn’t damaged, and it was clearly constructed with very little care. Worse than that, I’ve been completely ignored; no one has returned my calls or messages. I’m seriously considering legal action, but I wanted to warn others and urge them to think very carefully before buying a home from this company.

Honestly, I would strongly advise against buying a home from Hamilton Homes. It seems like there’s a real lack of quality and care in their construction, and I know several people who’ve regretted their purchase – losing a significant amount of money and a lot of stress in the process.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the condition of the house. I bought it two and a half years ago, and while they initially addressed some minor cosmetic problems, things quickly deteriorated. Despite promises of repairs, the plumbing and electrical issues were never resolved. Now, just over three years later, I’m facing significant problems like a cracked ceiling, failing kitchen flooring, and what appears to be mold growth. It’s really frustrating that I’ve essentially been stuck with a new fixer-upper instead of the brand new home I expected.

“I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work done here. The house is relatively new – only a couple of years old – and I wish I’d done more research before buying it. It seems like there have been changes in ownership since I purchased it from Platinum Homes, now it’s Hamilton, and I wasn’t happy with the standard of work.”
-
“Overall, this team was fantastic – incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Kate, in particular, was outstanding; she was by far the most responsive person I’ve worked with, and always followed through on her commitments. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone.”
-
“We’ve really enjoyed working with Regional Homes of Cullman for years now – their homes are consistently stunning. They really put a lot of care into making each one special, with unique designs both inside and out, and they’re built to suit a wide range of tastes.”
