“I can’t recommend working with Jivar Foty and his company. We had a longstanding business relationship as Rise Construction’s subcontractor, and while his team recognized the quality of our design and development work, he inexplicably refused to pay the full final invoice. It was incredibly frustrating – he ignored our calls and messages, essentially trying to get us to work for free. We were very disappointed with his unprofessional conduct.”

“Working with Rise Construction was a fantastic experience. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and truly exceeded our expectations – the finished kitchen and outdoor living area are absolutely beautiful!”
-
“I’m incredibly concerned about the driver’s behavior. There are serious issues with reckless driving – tailgating, running red lights, and speeding – that put everyone on the road at risk. It’s disappointing that these concerns, which have been raised in previous reviews, aren’t being addressed.”

“I had a really unsettling experience this morning while changing lanes on 2920. A Rise Construction pickup truck was following closely behind me, and when I moved over to get gas, he aggressively cut me off, laid on the horn, and gave me the finger. Honestly, it felt completely inappropriate, especially since he’d been behind me for quite a distance. I’m always careful and considerate of other drivers, but his behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve noticed other people mentioning similar incidents, and it makes me wonder if something needs to be addressed.”

“Chris and Jamal were absolutely fantastic to work with! My husband and I completely gutted and remodeled our entire home – a huge undertaking – and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They really felt like family, and the quality of their work was top-notch. We’d wholeheartedly recommend them for any project, big or small!”

“My experience with Rise Construction was incredibly disappointing. I hired them to update my home after Hurricane Harvey, and frankly, the quality of work was shockingly poor. They used interior paint on the exterior, the laminate floors were sinking and damaged, and several of the windows were already coming apart, allowing bugs to get in. I brought these issues to Chris, but his only response was that the floors needed to settle – a clear indication of a defective installation. Since then, they’ve completely stopped communicating with me. Chris, the construction manager, along with the company manager and the office assistant, have ignored my calls and texts. It’s been over three years since the initial work, and they’ve still not addressed the problems. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and exploring further legal action. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with Rise Construction; it seems like a deceptive facade.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work Chris and his team did. They were incredibly professional and courteous, and clearly experts in their field. Everything was done on time and with meticulous attention to detail – the quality of the finish was absolutely perfect, exactly as I envisioned it. I highly recommend them!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Rise! After our entire downstairs was flooded, they were absolutely incredible. They took care of *everything* – from replacing the sheetrock and all our cabinets and countertops, to completely renovating our shower and tub area. They even handled the texturing, painting, flooring, appliance installation, and new mantle and fireplace. The result was truly stunning, and our home looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them!”

“I really wanted to like this company – the staff were friendly enough. However, I was incredibly frustrated with the service. I constantly had to chase them down for updates and never received an estimate or even a response to my initial inquiry. After three months of persistent follow-up, I just gave up trying to get a quote for my remodeling project.”

“I wanted to report some seriously aggressive driving I witnessed on February 29th around 7:40 PM heading south on 45 towards Houston from the Woodlands. Drivers were really speeding and driving recklessly – it was quite concerning.”
