  I’m incredibly frustrated with the situation surrounding this property. The construction has dragged on for over a year, with inconsistent work schedules and a massive amount of traffic – sometimes over a dozen trucks and cars parked in front of homes, including driveways. It’s become a constant disruption, forcing me to repeatedly ask them to move vehicles and even shoo away workers who’ve been using my property for breaks. Honestly, I’m worried about anyone buying a house here; they’d be dealing with significant construction-related issues and a lot of unhappy neighbors. I just wish they’d finally wrap things up and move on. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Timeline’s performance. Frankly, it’s been the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. There’s even an employee, Austin Torrance from Timeline, who made numerous promises to follow through on a residential job, but failed to do so – I use the word ‘allegedly’ because of this. The cabinetry was clearly done by unskilled labor, resulting in very poor workmanship, and the shelving has been missing for four months now. Austin has repeatedly shifted his timeline, most recently saying someone would be out “tomorrow” last week. Adding to the problem, the owner, Romy Solanji, hasn’t responded to my texts or calls, and he’s also made promises he hasn’t kept. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of integrity – a critical factor for any contractor. It’s concerning that an employee is leaving a positive review for the company; it feels misleading. Honestly, a one-star rating doesn’t even seem justified. To add to this, it took nearly four months to finally get a response from Romy after I brought this to his attention.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with the service we received. Our management company arranged a visit to investigate a leak in our bathroom, and the technician never showed up for his scheduled appointment on Friday. After multiple unanswered calls trying to get an explanation, he simply assumed we’d canceled, dismissing our time as if it didn’t matter. It felt completely disrespectful and made us feel like we weren't valued as customers. report abuse

  I can’t recommend working with this team. It felt like a complete scam from start to finish. They presented a cash offer for my property “as-is,” but it quickly became clear they weren’t actually ready to close with cash. Through their company, Timeline Construction, they were securing commercial financing, and the lender only valued the land – drastically reducing the offer by 25% based on the lot value. It was all a calculated move. I found Romy Solanji and Charlie Kriegel of Winhill Advisers to be utterly dishonest, and frankly, incredibly unprofessional. The fact that the company owner is the only one leaving a one-star review is a huge red flag. Seriously, do your research and read the reviews on Yelp – you’ll see what I’m talking about.   “We were really disappointed with this company’s approach. They submitted a bid to buy our house, we signed a contract based on that, but after several follow-ups from our realtor, their representative abruptly told us their circumstances had changed and they wouldn’t proceed.
