  I’m incredibly frustrated with the ongoing construction next door. It’s been going on for over a year now, with inconsistent work and a frankly unbelievable amount of traffic – sometimes six, other times eleven trucks and cars parked in front of homes and driveways. They’ve been completely disregarding residents’ access and I’ve had to repeatedly ask them to move vehicles. Worse, I’ve had to chase away numerous workers who were using our lawns and property for breaks. Honestly, I dread for anyone buying a house there; they'd be dealing with a lot of complaints about the construction. I just want them to wrap it up and move on – and seriously reconsider their company name! report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Timeline’s service. Frankly, it’s been the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. There were numerous broken promises, starting with Austin Torrance from Timeline who visited a job site and made assurances he wouldn’t deliver, and he clearly didn't. The cabinetry work was subpar – essentially a one out of ten – and shelving has been missing for four months despite repeated delays and shifting excuses. It’s concerning that an employee like Austin would even post a positive review for the company; it feels misleading. The owner, Romy Solanji, is also unresponsive, failing to return calls or texts. Integrity and reliability are absolutely essential, and Timeline simply doesn't seem to have them. It’s taken nearly four months to even get a response after bringing these issues to light.   Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with the service we received. The management company arranged for a technician to assess a leak in our bathroom, and he completely missed our scheduled appointment on Friday. After calling to inquire about the missed visit, he blamed us for not answering the phone and essentially dismissed our concern, saying he couldn't bother with us because we were out of his way.   I can’t recommend Winhill Advisers at all. This was a truly unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t trust them. They presented a seemingly great cash offer for my property, but it quickly became clear they weren’t actually prepared to close. The owner, Romy Solanji, and their realtor, Charlie Kriegel, used a tactic of inflating the appraisal value to justify a drastically reduced offer – only considering the lot value instead of the full house price. It felt like a deliberate manipulation from the start. Honestly, it was incredibly frustrating and dishonest. I’d urge anyone considering working with them to look at the reviews online – you’ll see a pattern of similar complaints. It seems a lack of proper licensing for contractors in Texas contributed to this kind of shady practice, and I'd advise you to steer well clear. report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with this company’s approach. They submitted a bid to buy our house, we signed a contract based on that, but after several follow-ups from our realtor, their representative suddenly told us their circumstances had changed and they wouldn’t proceed.
