  “I was really impressed with the service we received. Mr. Mulvahill did a fantastic job inspecting the house – he was incredibly thorough and explained everything so clearly, answering all of my questions along the way. We also had a termite inspection done through another company (booked through Criterium), and Mr. Fulton from Bug Pro was excellent too, providing a detailed inspection and a lot of helpful information about WDI and how to prevent it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them – we’ll be sure to use their services again if we need anything like this in the future!” report abuse

  “Overall, Mr. Mulvahill was fantastic to work with – he was incredibly thorough and easy to talk to during the inspection. It’s worth noting that these inspections tend to be quite detailed; this one took about 4.5 hours for a 2300 square foot house, as they really go through everything methodically. He uses a comprehensive checklist and takes plenty of measurements. The reports he produces are excellent, including photos of any issues he found. He was also very accommodating, happy to answer questions throughout the process, and offered to walk us through the house and discuss his findings during the last hour. While his fees are definitely on the higher side compared to other inspectors I’ve used, the quality of his work and the level of detail he provides definitely justify the investment.” report abuse
