Mr. Mulvahill was fantastic – he was incredibly thorough and explained everything so clearly, answering all our questions about the house we’re buying. We also had a termite inspection done through another company, and Mr. Fulton from Bug Pro was excellent too, providing a detailed explanation of the inspection and a lot of helpful information about WDI and how to prevent it.   “Overall, Mr. Mulvahill was fantastic to work with – he was really thorough and easy to talk to during the inspection. It’s worth noting that these inspections tend to be quite detailed; this one took about 4.5 hours for a 2300 square foot house, as they really go through every aspect systematically. He provided a really comprehensive report with plenty of photos highlighting any issues. Mr. Mulvahill was also happy to answer questions throughout the process – you could be present for the whole thing, or just pop in for the final hour for a walkthrough and discussion. Yes, he’s definitely on the more expensive side compared to other inspectors I’ve used, but the quality of his work and the level of detail definitely make it worth the investment.” report abuse
