Booking my appointment was super easy, and Jose and Chris were fantastic – they were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and I immediately felt comfortable trusting them with my project. They even came to my house to handle everything, completed the work quickly, and took care of all the necessary paperwork to get the permit approved.   “Initially, they seemed really helpful, but once we needed actual answers or documentation, things slowed down considerably. Worse, they charged us twice for the service and didn’t inform us about the extra fee until after we’d already paid the initial amount.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them since March, and it’s been a complete nightmare. I’ve been repeatedly promised a follow-up, but I’ve just been left on hold and ignored – they even told me someone would get back to me within 15 minutes for two months!
