  Overall, we were extremely pleased with the work done on our deck addition and outdoor kitchen. Scott Ward was fantastic from the start, responding quickly to our initial call and creating a really detailed CAD drawing that we worked through several revisions to finalize. He truly listened to our needs and collaborated with us to get exactly what we envisioned. Charles, who was part of the construction crew, was also outstanding – he was attentive to our feedback and quickly accommodated our changes. While there were a couple of minor errors, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. We really appreciated the timely completion of the project, both on schedule and within budget. Bill Bunch, the owner, even checked in periodically to ensure we were satisfied, which we greatly appreciated. The final result – a beautiful deck addition with an integrated outdoor kitchen and grill – is fantastic! report abuse

  “We absolutely loved our new tongue and grove cedar patio cover – Bill and his team at Wood Crafters did an incredible job! Seeing what our neighbors had done inspired us, and we were so impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Bill and his crew really listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the design, which was especially important since our 1954 ranch-style home needed a few modifications. They went above and beyond to navigate all the city and state permits, even pushing back when needed. And if anything wasn't quite right, they immediately returned to fix it.   Bill Bunch and Wood Crafters were absolutely fantastic partners on this project – they really went above and beyond when we needed a quick solution for our Houston showroom. Their outdoor kitchen, with its beautifully designed Silestone countertop and seating for eight, was a stunning addition to the house and completely wowed us. Bill’s team did everything, from designing and building it in their shop to delivering and installing it on the patio (even with a little help from Jessica Alba!). We’re incredibly grateful to Bill and his team for their exceptional craftsmanship and for helping the Beach family create a truly special outdoor space that will bring them years of enjoyment, especially during those Texas summers, alongside the KitchenAid appliances. report abuse
