  “I’m so pleased with the work Woodcrafters did on our deck. They really saved the day after the tax day flood and all the wear and tear it had accumulated. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and kept us fully informed throughout the process – even when they discovered some extra cleanup needed. Our yard flooded again during Harvey, but thanks to Woodcrafters’ solid construction and quality materials, our deck held up perfectly.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work done on our deck addition and outdoor kitchen. Scott Ward was fantastic from the start, quickly responding to our call and creating a really detailed CAD drawing that we worked through several revisions to perfect. He truly listened to our needs and collaborated with us to get exactly what we envisioned. Charles, part of the two-person crew, was also excellent – he was attentive to our feedback and readily incorporated our changes. While there were a couple of minor errors, they were quickly and efficiently resolved. The project finished on time and within budget, resulting in a beautiful deck addition and outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill. Bill Bunch, the owner, even checked in on the progress, ensuring everything met his company’s standards. report abuse
