  I’m incredibly disappointed with this AC unit and the service I received. We’ve had issues with it constantly – it’s only ever worked reliably for about six months, and we’ve needed repairs almost every year for the past four years. To make matters worse, I’ve tried repeatedly to schedule maintenance, calling three times last week with no response whatsoever. Because it’s a rental, I ended up having to hire another company who confirmed the unit was improperly installed and the drain pan had rusted through, leading to a whole host of other problems. Seriously, buyer beware – this is the worst AC I’ve ever dealt with, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m a little concerned about the noise levels coming from this location. This is a really quiet neighborhood, and it’s upsetting to think someone might be playing music loudly. Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep the volume down – using headphones would be a great solution. It’s important to respect the people who live here and avoid disturbing them. report abuse
