Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Tallent. I was initially quoted a very high price – over $8000 – to replace my 8-year-old AC unit because of a suspected leak. However, after Tallent sent a technician, Riley and Abraham, to assess the situation, they were able to pinpoint the leak and, even better, discovered that my unit was still under warranty!
