  Justin did a fantastic job assessing our foundation problem – he was really clear about the different solutions and patiently walked us through the scheduling and financing options. Honestly, the estimate he provided was much more comprehensive than another we’d gotten, and we felt confident it would truly address all the underlying issues. Plus, the installation team – Nathan, Tyler, Ben, and Khi – were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly professional, called ahead to let us know when they were arriving, did a truly excellent job, and even cleaned up thoroughly afterward.   “I had my crawlspace work finished about six weeks ago, and a couple of weeks later the dehumidifier started shutting off repeatedly – I had to reset it constantly. I contacted the service department on a Friday, and thankfully Javier Marcial, the Field Superintendent, responded quickly. He brought a new dehumidifier out Tuesday and took care of replacing the original one. Overall, I really appreciated the fast, friendly, and honest service.” report abuse

  We’re absolutely thrilled with the AFS team and their work on our crawlspace water protection. They completely encapsulated the space with the sump pumps and dehumidifier, and the whole job was done to a really high standard. Nathan, Tyler, and Ben were fantastic – so professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough. We feel like we’ve made a really smart investment in our home, and with the quality of their work and materials, we’re confident this will protect us for years to come. They were professional, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and were incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. I got a few quotes from other crawlspace companies and AFS stood out – they were affordable, offered a payment plan, and only recommended the services I actually needed.   Ricardo and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our EasyFlow installation! They arrived two weeks ahead of schedule, exactly on time at 9am, and were incredibly professional. They got everything set up on the first day and finished the final installation even quicker than anticipated. The team was friendly and courteous, and they worked efficiently and quietly, leaving the area spotless.   “Overall, we had a really positive experience. George Knox was fantastic – he took the time to understand our needs and budget, and we really appreciated his helpfulness and kindness. The team, Gavin Dendy and Jonathan Alvarez, did an excellent job with the driveway lifting and crack sealing. While we were sad that we couldn’t save the sidewalk, they went above and beyond to offer us solutions.   “Donald, Austin, and Isaiah did an absolutely fantastic job encapsulating the crawl space – they took care of everything from start to finish with a really polite and professional crew. The humidity levels are now great, holding steady around 50% even in the back corners, which is amazing considering the high humidity outside. Matthew was great to help wrap up the final door work. However, my experience with AFS was a bit mixed. Richard and Zach were incredibly efficient and hardworking in stabilizing my foundation, and they finished the job quickly. Unfortunately, I felt like the communication after the payment was lacking; I hadn't received the materials to cover the soil and was essentially left without updates. I’ve adjusted my rating down to four stars, and I’d really appreciate clearer communication going forward, especially regarding materials and updates from the crew directly.” report abuse
