  Overall, the team in Nashville did a great job with the project, and I was pleased with the final result. However, we experienced some significant delays – the work didn't actually begin until March 5th after the originally scheduled January start date, and wasn’t finished until March 16th. They had initially promised completion by February 1st, which unfortunately impacted our ability to move forward with other tasks and rent the property. While the weather and a truck breakdown contributed to the delays, it felt like the timeline was repeatedly pushed out. Had they been a local team, I believe we could have avoided these issues and kept to the original schedule. report abuse

He took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully asked questions to understand exactly what I needed, making me feel completely comfortable.
