Honestly, the price quotes we got from other companies were eye-watering, but Champion’s recommendation of vinyl was spot on – it’s fantastic quality. Travis and his team made the whole three-day installation process so smooth and professional, and they did an amazing job.   “Floyd did a fantastic job throughout the whole window replacement process. He really took the time to explain everything – the quality of the windows, the financing options, and how the installation would go. After the windows were installed, he followed up a couple of days later and thankfully caught a rock that had cracked one of the windows. I hadn’t seen it, but it was great that he noticed! We also had a sliding window issue, and he addressed it right away with a quick replacement for both. The installers were incredibly professional and did a great job, keeping me informed every step of the way.” report abuse

  “We had a really frustrating experience with Champions Doors. We purchased two replacement doors and a storm door back in 2020, and unfortunately, the initial installation was a complete disaster. They used a subcontractor who completely messed up the installation – doors were off-center, the indoor handles were on the outside, and the molding was all wrong. Thankfully, Daniel, who we’ve seen mentioned in other reviews, stepped in and essentially rebuilt the entire job. He was fantastic and honest, and he really did fix most of the problems. However, despite Daniel’s excellent work, we’ve continued to have issues. We had to call them back to adjust a door that was scraping, and now the molding at the bottom of the back door is completely damaged. It’s clear the original installation was poor, and there’s nothing they can really do about it. Plus, the door handles are tarnished because they used an indoor handle instead of the correct one, and they won’t even replace them with the proper keys. If you go with Champions, it seems Daniel is the only one you can really rely on, otherwise, I’d suggest looking for another company.” report abuse

He was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and even demonstrated how the windows work with a small sample. The windows themselves are really well-insulated, and the warranty is top-notch – we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had them for a while now, and they’re absolutely everything we could have hoped for.
