  Honestly, the window installation itself went okay, but I was incredibly frustrated with the timeline. We were initially told it would take 6-8 weeks, but that just kept getting pushed back. They first said 10-12 weeks, then another crack appeared – completely unrelated, of course – and suddenly it was 14 weeks. After that, they admitted it was closer to 15-16 weeks, factoring in the inspection time. It ended up taking nearly four months, which was a huge letdown and really inconvenient. report abuse

  “I was really pleased to receive a recommendation for Champion Replacement Windows of Huntsville from a relative, which certainly put me off to a good start. Booking the appointment was easy and the representative was very accommodating, understanding that I’m a busy business owner with a tight schedule. However, I was quite frustrated when I received a call just 15 minutes before my appointment to be told the salesman was sick. While I appreciate that things happen, that short notice was unacceptable. I really wanted to give them a fair chance. Thankfully, the supervisor called me back very quickly to apologize and explain it was an error on their part. They took detailed notes of my experience and promptly scheduled a new appointment.   Alex Kachelhofer was a pleasure to speak with today. He was incredibly polite and clearly knowledgeable about the window replacement product.   I had a really disappointing experience with this company. The initial consultation was fine, but when I expressed that their price was much higher than other quotes I’d been getting, the representative became defensive and frankly, quite rude. He wouldn’t even discuss the other companies he’d spoken with, and when I simply stated my right to shop around for the best deal, he dismissed me with the comment, “I guess this conversation is over and you are not getting quality if you are paying less.” Adding to the issue, he made a concerning and inappropriate remark about “foreigners” doing the work. While I’m generally not easily offended, I do have family members who are Hispanic, and that comment felt deeply disrespectful. Because of the representative’s attitude and that offensive comment, I won’t be using this company and I would strongly advise others to do their research and consider their options carefully. report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Champion Windows! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism and expertise. Andrew, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and clearly explained everything about the windows. Once the installation team, Daniel and Jeremy, got to work, it was clear they were top-notch. They quickly identified a water leak and some rotten wood during the initial installation, and thankfully, they were able to resolve those issues. We were so pleased they were the same crew to return and complete the job, especially since it turned out to be a more complex project – they had to install new headers and expand the opening for the windows and door. Their speed, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive; it was like they’d always been there. The new windows and door have completely transformed our view of the lake, and we wholeheartedly recommend Andrew, Daniel, and Jeremy – we’ll definitely be recommending Champion Windows to all our friends and family! report abuse

  I was really interested in your windows for our home renovation, and I have to say Alex did a great job presenting the product and really impressed me initially. However, when we got to the price – a quoted $32,000 for twelve windows – it was a significant shock. That’s more than a third of the entire cost of our property, and frankly, it felt very high-pressure. As a blue-collar family, we’ve worked hard to save for things like this, and the way it felt like we were being pushed into a decision without discussing it with my wife was concerning. Plus, the information we received didn't match what was advertised on your website – the “buy two, get two” promotion was only valid for February. Because of these issues, I won't be recommending your company, despite Alex’s efforts. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with Champion. From the beginning, with Chase’s initial appointment and all the way through now, things haven’t gone well. Chase wasn’t upfront about the room, and just a little over a year later, when I needed a screen repair, the representative I spoke with was incredibly rude. Thankfully, the next one was really kind and professional, which I appreciated. The technician who actually did the repair was nice, but ultimately didn’t do a great job and had to come back. Looking back, I should have done more research before choosing Champion – I really placed my trust in them, and I regret that. I’m going to work with what I have to fix the room, but I definitely won’t be using Champion again and I won’t be recommending them to anyone. report abuse
