  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. From the start, they were very pushy and seemed focused on selling me a long, detailed presentation of their product. The pricing was straightforward, but I immediately requested a breakdown of the costs – specifically for the gutters and soffit/fascia replacement – and I just got a single total price. Worse, the invoice included an unprofessional and frankly insulting name for me. They kept trying to steer me towards financing, even after I made it clear I wanted to pay cash. Then, when I insisted on a clear breakdown, they responded with a sarcastic remark about a 25% down payment. Ultimately, because they wouldn't provide a detailed estimate, it was impossible for me to coordinate with the other contractors I was working with on the project – it’s a full roof replacement, after all. Because of this lack of transparency, I’ve lost valuable time and now no longer have any recommendations for this company. It’s clear that a detailed, itemized estimate is absolutely crucial to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth project.” report abuse

  Jack and his team put on a really impressive presentation – it was thorough and clearly showed a deep understanding of their replacement windows and the whole project process. I appreciated his expertise and how confidently he answered all of my questions.   “I cannot recommend this group for window installations. We hired them in June with an estimated completion timeframe of July or early August, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We specifically communicated the need for a considerate installation process, particularly given that we were homeowners with elderly considerations. Despite multiple assurances from Jack Gehredes, our sales representative, that we’d receive regular updates, we didn’t. The first problem arose when the installers arrived in late July and the windows simply wouldn’t fit – they had to resort to extensive and damaging molding to make them work. We had also requested they preserve our existing storm windows, but they ripped out the first two windows. One window was even damaged during the installation due to excessive force, and another was the wrong size – a problem we’d highlighted in July, stating we wouldn't pay any additional fees until the issues were resolved. We spent countless hours coordinating and ultimately took another day off work to be there on November 1st, only to be left waiting for hours. It's now November 6th, and the job is finally complete. The whole experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using this company.” report abuse
