He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, asked really thoughtful questions, and was incredibly patient. Plus, he did a thorough, customized evaluation – we really felt like he was honest and focused on our needs.   Overall, the experience with this company was a bit of a rollercoaster! They initially came out to assess the repairs and provided a solid initial estimate, followed by a second inspection to finalize the plan. Strangely, the first crew arrived and then just left without actually doing any work – it was very frustrating after all the preparation. However, after several phone calls and a month later, a different team came in and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I was really pleased with the quality of the work; it looks fantastic, and the team was incredibly nice and kept the house spotless. report abuse

  Brandon Handley was absolutely fantastic – he’s the kind of service representative Southern Industries should be aiming for. He was incredibly professional when he replaced our window, and went above and beyond by even fixing the whistling sound coming from the new dining room windows.
