  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work CCI Construction, and especially Chris Caputo, did renovating our 30,000 square foot warehouse. From the very first meeting, Chris stood out – he genuinely took the time to walk the entire site with his team, including all the subcontractors like plumbers, electricians, and painters. It was incredibly reassuring to see him so involved and knowledgeable. Chris’s bid was incredibly detailed and accurate, and he even presented us with some cost-saving alternatives. Throughout the entire project, the team executed everything flawlessly, on time and within budget. Any changes we requested were handled promptly and with great care. Chris himself was incredibly hands-on, which we really appreciated – you could always see him working alongside the team, keeping the site clean and meticulously checking the quality of the work.   “CCI did a few projects for us, but unfortunately, the process quickly fell apart. After a long wait for permits, they unexpectedly pulled out of the project when we asked for the necessary documentation regarding spill and waste management. It seemed they hadn’t fully grasped the state codes and regulations, leading to an inaccurate initial quote. Instead of being upfront about the error, they simply abandoned the project, which was really disappointing.” report abuse
