Working with Chris and the team at CCI Construction was an absolute pleasure. We hired them to completely renovate our 30,000 sq-ft warehouse, and from the very first meeting, Chris stood out. He went above and beyond, personally walking the site with every subcontractor – plumbers, painters, HVAC, drywall, landscaping, and more – to really understand the project's scope. Chris was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire renovation, which we really appreciated. He routinely checked in on the site himself, making sure everything was clean and running smoothly, and all change orders were handled with transparency and detail. Because of his dedication, the project was completed on time and within budget. We've even recommended Chris and CCI to several friends and colleagues, and they’ve all had fantastic experiences. We’ll definitely be using them for all our future construction needs!

“CCI did a few projects for us, but unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. We waited for months to get the necessary permits, and then they pulled out of the project when we asked for the required documentation for spill and waste management. It seemed like they hadn’t fully understood the state codes and regulations, which led to inaccurate initial quotes. Instead of being upfront about the mistake, they simply walked away.”
