  “I’m really concerned about this situation. My friend applied for a driving position and was told they don’t hire women. They have a team of 39 drivers, and all of them are men. It seems incredibly discriminatory, and frankly, hurtful to her. She’s a fantastic driver – she even said she drives better than many of the men she’s worked with, but she decided to move on because she felt unwelcome.   “I have serious concerns about the way this company is handling their construction work. They weren’t following proper procedures for closing off the road, setting up confusing signage, and then expecting drivers to simply turn around. This is incredibly unsafe and creates a significant liability risk. Furthermore, the workers seemed dismissive of pedestrians, which is completely unacceptable and damaging to their business.   “I’m extremely concerned about the construction happening outside my home. The situation is incredibly unsafe – cars are being forced to navigate a one-way street with blind corners without any proper guidance or detour signs. It feels like a serious accident waiting to happen. Adding to the frustration, the construction crew has been consistently rude to residents and is inappropriately parking on our property. Overall, it’s a shockingly disorganized and incompetent operation, and I’m deeply disappointed to see our tax dollars being used in this way.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with one of SYB’s drivers I encountered recently in Arlington. He was fantastic – incredibly safe, careful, and considerate while driving a large side dump trailer. The vibrations from the equipment are constant, and it feels like we’re experiencing small earthquakes every day. We’ve already noticed cracks appearing in our house walls, which is concerning because our house is only a year old.
