  “The technician addressed the flickering furnace switch, cleaning the filter and replacing it. However, the delay in getting the new switch – it took Mark two months to order it – caused a significant issue. While the switch itself was quickly delivered, my electricity bill skyrocketed to over $1,500 due to the prolonged issue. I’m extremely disappointed with this extended downtime and the resulting cost.” report abuse

  “Larry’s was really frustratingly late – they were over an hour behind schedule during the workday and didn't even let me know they were running late. However, I want to give credit where it’s due; the service tech and his assistant were incredibly professional and got the job done quickly. They essentially just redid the work I’d already had done, without really understanding my original request.   I was really impressed with Larry’s – they handled my water heater replacement so quickly and did a fantastic job. It turned out to be faulty, but they sent someone out right away to replace the defective parts, and now it’s working perfectly! Dalton and the administrator were both outstanding. report abuse

  “I called Larry’s Quality Heating & Plumbing to fix my furnace at a friend’s house, and I was really impressed. They arrived about an hour later than expected, but Larry was fantastic – he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and he was a really friendly guy too.   Honestly, we were really disappointed with the service. They were quick to start and completed two projects, but then we were left waiting for five whole months for another one, constantly being told we were on a list and they were eager to get to it. It ended up taking another two months – a really frustrating experience. report abuse
