  “We’d always talked about building our own home, but with two kids and another on the way, and our busy jobs, it just seemed like an impossible dream. We were particularly drawn to the Mukwonago area, where we grew up and loved the relaxed lifestyle. It was completely by chance that we found Trinity Homes – I saw a Facebook ad and jokingly sent it to my wife. Surprisingly, she got in touch and we started talking to Nicole, who was fantastic. We were blown away by how reasonably priced their homes were, especially considering the quality. Nicole showed us a few floor plans – the Finley, Parker Rose (now Regina Rose), and the Cassidy – and we really fell in love with the Cassidy’s layout. We were able to make some changes to the design, and Nicole and her team worked with us every step of the way. They were incredibly patient, especially since we had to sell our existing home first. Throughout the whole process, their communication was amazing; they kept us fully informed and addressed all of our questions with professionalism and a really calming attitude – Katie was a lifesaver! They were even quick to fix any little details, like minor trim imperfections, without hesitation. Honestly, from start to finish, Trinity Homes exceeded our expectations.   “From start to finish, Trinity was absolutely incredible. Honestly, we never thought we could actually build our own home, but they made it a complete reality. They were so helpful in managing our budget and guiding us through every step of the process. The finished house is absolutely amazing – and we really appreciate their fantastic suggestions on colors and materials. They were always completely transparent about costs, whether it was adding a window or moving a wall, which took so much of the stress out of things. Lisa and her team truly treated us like family, always answering our questions patiently and making what could have been a really stressful time incredibly smooth.   “We were so thrilled with our experience building with Trinity! After a string of unsuccessful offers on existing homes, we decided to go the custom route, and Trinity really stood out. What impressed us most was their flexibility – they offered a fantastic ‘standard’ list and were completely willing to adapt the floor plan to our specific needs. From the very beginning, Lisa, the owner, was incredible. After just one hour of talking with her, we knew she was the right person to work with; she explained everything clearly and guided us through the building process. Because we wanted to build in a family-friendly town with city water and didn’t want to deal with a septic system, we were fortunate to purchase a lot that Trinity already owned. Trish was absolutely amazing when it came to selecting our finishes – she truly understood our vision and was incredibly responsive to all of our emails (and believe me, there were a lot!). The contractors they hired were also fantastic, always eager to answer our many questions, and they were on-site regularly. We did have a small issue during the build, but Lisa handled it perfectly – she contacted us immediately, and they even upgraded our bathroom countertops at no extra cost! The only minor downside was that due to COVID restrictions, we weren’t able to do a final walk-through before getting the keys, but they addressed everything on our list. Overall, we couldn't be happier, and if we ever decide to build again, Trinity will definitely be our first choice!” report abuse

  Working with Lisa and her team at Trinity has been an absolutely fantastic experience. We started with them about two years ago, and from the very first meeting, we knew they were different – in the best way possible. We spent nine months collaborating on the blueprints and details, and we consistently felt supported and valued. They never pressured us and always seemed genuinely focused on what we wanted. Once construction began, we received regular, detailed updates, and the contractors they selected were exceptional, paying close attention to the small things that so many builders overlook. Now, just one month into moving into our new Scottlyn design home, we haven’t had a single issue – something we’ve never experienced in the four homes we’ve built with other builders in Wisconsin. Lisa is truly a kind and helpful person, and her insights were incredibly valuable.   I absolutely love my new home – Trinity and their contractors did an amazing job! It’s so convenient being just down the road from it, and I was so thrilled to watch it come together, stopping by almost daily. They kept me completely in the loop with updates and answered all my questions throughout the whole process.   Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic experience building our home with Trinity! We started the process in June 2019 and moved in February 2020, and it was incredibly smooth – truly a stress-free experience. Lisa and Katie were amazing; they were so responsive and helpful, always answering our questions quickly and patiently. Nicole was a joy to work with too, making the selection process fun and genuinely excited for us. We really appreciated how attentive everyone was, especially since I was constantly on-site checking in. Lisa, Katie, and Nicole never made me feel silly about my questions, and they always made me feel welcome. The workers were also wonderful, explaining everything they were doing and checking with us on each step. We chose the Carlton Cape plan and we absolutely love how beautiful our home turned out – the stone and stain work are particularly stunning! The only small downsides were that we had to install our own appliances (Lisa was very understanding) and the cabinets are builder grade, which we anticipated needing to replace eventually. But honestly, we’re thrilled with our finished home and wouldn’t hesitate to build with Trinity again if we ever decide to do it again. They really do offer fantastic customer service and honest work – we highly recommend them! report abuse
